Steel frame formwork
● Admissible work load – 80 kN/m2
● Elements height: 330; 300; 270; 120 cm., width from 20 to 240 cm.
● Outer element's profiles are 3,0 mm thick
● Reinforced cross-direction profiles of special shape
● Deck is birch laminated plywood, 18 mm, film - 220 g/m2
● Smooth deck - plywood is attached from the side of element's frame
● Stripping corners for dismantling of elevator shaft formwork
● Steel inserts instead of wood beams
Additional options for elements:
● Anti-corrosion protection of formwork frame by hot-dip galvanizing or powder coating
● Plastic deck - birch plywood is covered by plastic coating, 1mm from each side
● Additional modular set of narrow panels to square up formwork
● Cast corners to protect frame from damage and to straighten out formwork
● Vertical handles for asembling to use formwork safely
